§ Skills which are transferable: - If a person using his/her skills of any specific field in other filed/s that can be described as his/her transferable skills. Such skills tell you how to deal with things around. For example, if a person having skills of data handling or managing, the firm can take advantage of using him in R&D department, may be in their data bank, or database department or may be use such skills in reporting department.

§ Skills which are adaptive: - People that their own attributes and characteristics that have considerable impact on their personal and professional life. These attributes and characteristics compromises and create adaptive skills, which cannot be learnt or taught. These skills based on individuals honesty, ways to treat others, reliability and productivity etc.

Incorporating skills into your Resume’

Most likely people don’t hesitate to list first two types of their skills in their resume’. They even describe their level of theses skills based on or by supporting it with their past experiences. But it is very much important they you sound realistic in your resume, by honestly describing your level of skills.
